Our Centre Director, Soo Li
KidSprouts was born from a deeply personal conviction. Soo Li, our centre director, is a trained clinical psychologist who has spent her career specialising in preschoolers and children with developmental needs. For many years, she worked within the DSLS programme — entering preschools to support children who needed it most, observing firsthand how the right environment can make all the difference. That experience shaped the foundation of KidSprouts.
The centre's approach draws on established principles of child psychology and development, paired with Soo Li's direct, on-the-ground experience supporting children's developmental needs. Every programme, space, and interaction at KidSprouts is designed around this evidence-informed understanding — ensuring children are given the right foundation to grow into resilient, capable individuals, well-equipped to thrive in the world ahead.
Our Teaching Team
Alongside Soo Li, our Montessori-trained directress holds an AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) certification and brings over two decades of teaching experience. Our broader team of educators each brings more than 10 years of hands-on experience with young children — patient, perceptive, and deeply committed to every child in their care.
Together, they don't just teach — they guide, encourage, and grow alongside your little ones every single day.
