Our Story
A space where every learning style is celebrated
KidSprouts was built on a simple belief: every child learns differently, and that's something to celebrate, not correct. Rooted in the Montessori methodology, we've created a space where children are trusted as capable, independent learners.
Here, they don't just receive knowledge — they discover it. They explore, make mistakes, figure out why, and try again. And through that process, something remarkable happens: they start to believe in themselves.
A Word from Our Centre Director
Built from experience. Driven by purpose.
Soo Li, our centre director, is a trained clinical psychologist specialising in the development of preschoolers and young children. Her path to founding KidSprouts was shaped by years of direct, hands-on experience in early childhood settings.
Through the DSLS programme, Soo Li worked extensively within preschools, supporting children with developmental needs. This work deepened her understanding of what young children truly require in order to develop well: not pressure or rigid structure, but a thoughtfully prepared environment, appropriate support, and the space to progress at their own pace.
KidSprouts reflects this understanding — grounded in psychology, guided by Montessori principles, and built on the conviction that every child has the capacity to become resilient, capable, and well-prepared for the world ahead.
Our Approach
The Montessori way — and a little bit more
The Montessori philosophy sits at the heart of everything we do. Our carefully prepared environment is filled with purposeful materials that invite children to learn through doing. These materials are designed with a built-in "control of error" — meaning children can recognise when something isn't quite right and correct it on their own. This builds real concentration, problem-solving skills, and a quiet confidence that lasts a lifetime.
But children are more than a methodology. That's why our programmes go beyond Montessori principles alone — balancing structure with flexibility, and adapting to each child's individual interests, needs, and developmental stage. Learning here feels natural. Never forced. Never rushed.
